Terracotta finds extensive use in sculpture. Several cultures have used it to showcase their art forms via various shapes, sizes and designs. These handmade elephants crafted for interior decoration are great examples of tribal sculpture. In tribal language, it is called ‘Bonga Hati’. There’s a layer of varnish coating over the natural clay colour which gives it a sparkling finishing.
